In accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Georgia, the company is obliged to process the user&#8217;s data during the period of providing the service, and after the termination of the service, to store the data in accordance with the rules and terms established by the law.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the purpose mentioned in the first paragraph, the following data are processed: name, surname, date of birth, personal ID, mobile number. The mentioned personal data are collected and processed for Bono Georgia LLC in accordance with the law and to fulfill the obligations imposed.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data storage period: The term of data storage is defined by the Georgian legislation and is 15 years.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Legal basis: If you wish to use the services of &#8220;Bono Georgia&#8221; LLC, in this case it is mandatory to provide registration data to the company. In case of refusal to provide data, the user will not be able to register in the application and therefore will not be able to fully use the services of the Bono application.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to provide non-advertising information to the user, such personal data as: e-mail, mobile number are processed. Non-advertising information refers to the provision of such information to the user, which includes the transactions carried out by the user.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to carry out direct marketing, with the user&#8217;s consent, such personal data as: name, surname, mobile number, e-mail are processed.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user has the right to withdraw consent to processing their data for direct marketing purposes at any time.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal data collected for statistical purposes may be processed for statistical analysis.
